Small Business Photography Package
For small business, restaurants and retailers, MidIsland Photos provides a combination of up to 10 interior architectural photos, up to 4 exterior photos, and up to 40 product and social media style photos. Final images will be sent at 18p large enough for a 11x17in DPS @300DPI as well as at 1080px for Instagram and Facebook.

Hotel and Multi-room Accommodation Photography Package
For hoteliers and businesses offering multi-room accommodations, MidIsland Photos provides a combination of up to 12 interior architectural photos including rooms, lobby, amenities and dining, and up to 4 exterior photos.
$425 (2-3 hours on site)

3D iGuide Virtual Tours FOR BUSINESS
3D Virtual Tours create a whole new interior viewing experience.
No hosting fees, access to visitor statistics and insights. Also includes 360 panorama and Google Inside uploads at no additional cost.

*Hosting fees are required as Matterport is a proprietary third party software that charges us monthly hosting fees.

Some projects you can’t pigeon hole into one category or another and for those we provide hourly photography and videography services. Simply let us know what the scope of your work is and we can provide you with an estimate.

Terms & License
24 Hour Turnaround Time
You will have receive by email a download link for your proofs or photos and a link to your virtual tours within 48 hours of your shoot. Measurements, floorplans, 3D floorplans, videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D, and iGuide delivery times may vary – please consult your visual professional at the time of shooting.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and our real estate photographer gets there and finds out that we need to cancel – a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Photoshop Work Included
All packages include professional color correction and a series of lens corrections to ensure that your photos look their best. However this does not include removal of holes in walls, addition of furniture or any other work to alter what was actually there, but if you need it we can provide it.

We do provide our services outside of the Oceanside/Nanaimo area as well, but we charge extra for travel:

Payment
An invoice will be emailed at the end of every month and you will have 31 days from there to submit payment. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards, Interac E-Transfer or by cheque. 2% interest will be automatically charged past due invoices.
Usage License
All photography and videography products listed on this page come with one unrestricted, non-transferable license that allows you use the photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing your company and your product(s) for a term of 99 years.
All photography and videography remains the intellectual property of MidIsland Photos and its associated trade name partners.
Licenses are not transferable in any form.
